I have been using an used G-Corolla 2002 model since 2009 without major problems. But have been facing the subject mentioned trouble for the last 2 months.
It starts well but the engines begins to vibrate after 1-2 minutes if accelerator is released. If break is applied, the engine stops repeatedly. the problem continues up to 10-15 minutes & then becomes normal/smooth as the temp raises to 30-40% of the dial scale.
The following maint. work has been done, but no result:
-spark plugs replaced
-air filter replaced
-butterfly serviced/ replaced
-manifold replaced (on trial)
Gear box oil was replaced 2 months earlier, the problem starts after that. Gear box seal was leaking recently & has been replaced too, but still slightly leaking.
Would expect suggestion to overcome the trouble in low temp. shaking & shutdown of the engine.
