Yes, another engine swap enquiry! I've found pictures with this swap done but no information on work required.
Hoping someone may know where there may be information on how it was achieved. I understand with a swap the usual things need done like custom engine mounts and loom splicing; but I'm usure on gearbox and drive shafts, can existing ones be used for this?
The engine in question is currently disassembled. Comes with block, crank, cams, head and gaskets. Basically the entire engine minus the pistons and conrods so i know there would be plenty more required to complete. The engine was due to be used in a hillclimb project but a change of plans has left the engine as it is but already machined and with some brand new parts.
