My friend 2009 toyota corolla gasket arms fall into oil pan at high rpm; according to the dealer... Can anyone explain me what these gasket arms are?
Just got a little more information, everything started with a misfire cylinder, which was "fixed" until they test drove the car and the "check engine" light came on...
The dealership estimate that is a $800.00 bill to fix this up, to me sounds like the oil pan needs to be drop and check what is actually in there, if any pieces of the gasket it self are sitting there...
