Grinding Noise After Axle, Tie Rods, Tires and Transmission Fill

i recently changed the transmission oil, just emptied the pan and refilled the 3.6 quarts through the fill tube. i then replaced the driver side axle, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar end links, and tires. got an alignment and the car ran perfectly for a few days.

i am now getting a grinding noise that sounds like the brake dust shield hitting the rotor. it is not related to the engine speed, only wheels. it seems to go away when braking but it isn't consistent. i have taken eveything apart and reinstalled and the problem persists. the trans oil is at its correct level. i really hope its not the transmission...

thank you for any help
