Hello Forum

Hello everyone. I've been using this forum as a repair guide for a few weeks and felt it was time to join. Hope to learn some more about my 2000 corolla and hopefully impart some of my hard learned wisdom now and then. Thanks for your time!

sorry for the late response and the bump, i've been chasing down a number of problems, the car just rolled over 190,000 miles today, so you can imagine the things starting to fail. i'd been keeping up with it, but am falling behind now. Currently i'm trying to get all the cylinders to fire...been missing on one for a couple weeks...it's fairly random, and extremely annoying. I replaced the plugs, and coils. (almost $400 bucks for 4 new ones) Still no luck, but I'm not giving up yet. Any thoughts? Next on my list is a new mass airflow sensor.

Diagnose, don't replace costly parts that don't need replacing. That gets very expensive and the discount auto parts stores just love it, of course.

Diagnose, diagnose, diagnose.
