First post on the forum. I am graduating college soon and just finished paying off my daily. Been in love with the classic corollas for a while and looking for a semi-long term project (over next couple years). I'm interested in the early to mid 70s coupe body style and I have a guy in Japan that can get me a good 2JZ-GTE for cheap. Is it frowned upon to engine swap classics in the community? I have family in fab that can help me with any body/bay mods and I'm capable of rebuilding and tuning the engine myself. What are the dos and what are the donts. Basic stuff. Any suggestions are great!
