Lowering

#1
I would like to lower my 1999 corolla. It currently has stock suspension and sits on 17x7inch rims. Right now it sits a little too high for my liking and if I have 3 or more people in the car my tires start rubbing against the strut braces :/ If I could take care of that problem as well that would be great! Any ideas on what brand or type of coil-overs or lowering springs to get? Or if i can even lower it at all and still maintain a quality ride??

Best regards

If your tires are already bottoming out in the wheel wells, lowering the car will make the problem even worse, not better. The ride of the car will also greatly deteriorate.

The stock suspension is most likely bad i had the same problem so aftermarket shocks should fix that problem. Before i decided i wanted to lower mine my front and rear struts were shot therefore causing my car to sag and scrub. I went with 4 gabriel ready mount struts and the car rode like new and increased my wheel gap.
