Mud Flap Advice Requested

Thinking about putting some mud flaps on my new ride.

But have two questions that I hope someone here can help me with.

Looking to install on a 2014 S-plus

1. What is the difference between; 00016-12017 and PU060-12114-P1
2. Do you need to drill new holes to install?

Anyone installed these before?

i installed them on my S plus. they are very easy to install. the front ones bolt on without to much hassle. you have to take tires off the rear and drill holes (in plastic) to mount those. it is very easy. as far as i can tell from the part numbers you posted they both look the same. i got mine from the dealer.
