Music GraceNotes not syncing???

Hi,
I just traded in a 2014 Corolla for the new 2020.
In the 2014, I used a USB Flash Drive with all my music to feed directly into the car and it would show a picture of the album cover on the display when playing.
When I do this in the 2020, the music plays, but every artist just shows a blank box without the album cover.
But ... every once in a while, they show up. I cannot tell what the variables are for them to show up or not.
95% of the time, however, they are NOT showing up.
I'm sure there is an easy solution ... Any ideas?

There is no solution as it is a characteristic of the new system. More manufacturers are adopting it at the suggestion of NHTSA, to reduce distraction to the driver (while they put larger screens right in your face...). Album art will only shows when the car is at a stop or on P, depending on models.
