Need Help With Major Upgrade

I need help to berify that this set up will fit and will not rub, i did a research and some math, but i want a second opinion because we are talking about 1.5k

That will not rub. I've ran 18x8.5 +35 with 225/40 tires and 18x9.5 +30 with stretched 205/40 tires (you'll need to roll rear fenders for these wider wheels)

The Falken pro G4's are crap by the way, horrible rain handling and even worse in the snow from my experiences.

I've used Nankang NS-20 for and Mayrun 500 tires which are both cheaper brands and they work well. I think those two tires are much better than the stock Firestones the OEM wheels come with. I'm not sure how the Nankang and Mayrun tires perform in snow but for dry and wet roads they seem to do the job. They were a bit quieter than the Firestone tires, then again I was using much more lower profile tires.
