My buddy and I did a JDM motor swap in my '07 Corolla S. I know that the motors run on a higher octane in Japan. I've recently gone to using a concentrated racing fuel, and the car runs alot smoother and the gas mileage is a lot better as well (imagine that). So...my question is: Does anyone have any ideas on something that is cheaper than this stuff, or something I can do to get the same result?

That's racing fuel. I've never seen any street driven vehicle that has a recommendation for racing fuel. Have you tried Googling the recommended octane fuel for that engine?
I'm unaware of any street driven vehicle that can't get by on Premium fuel, even high performance vehicles. The higher the octane, the more the fuel economy drops and this is per EPA test results.
