Radio screen resets

I have a 2017 Corolla 50th anniversary edition and Toyota did a upgrade to the radio and now I have where the screen goes black and then the warning screen comes up and then the radio screen comes back on. I also noticed that the tabs on the side of the radio dim and then go back to normal as well as the climate control lights do the same at the same time. Anyone else have this issue
