Rings on rotors

Recently had my engine blow, got my 2015 corolla s towed twice, and now when I finally got the car back, abs light and traction control light came on plus weird rings on brake rotors (both front wheels), doesn’t make sense because my mechanic only did work on the motor so could the tow truck have messed with my brakes somehow by accident?

the brown is normal residue, that gets cleaned away.. but that wear ring is not the norm. something you may want o ask your machanic?

Those grooves were cut by the wear indicators on the brake pads. They look really deep, so you probably had some type of grinding/squealing noise for a while. Your brake pads are likely toast, as well.
