The splash guards use screws and I thing the bumper has 1/4” holes.

What do you mean size of work, how long would it take to repair it or how much would it cost you? It all depends from the quality of fixing. You can order original parts and that would be really expensive, or there is a possibility to take a copy of a bumper and to order custom pins. I think it may take about one day and the half or maximum two days to install new details.
