The last car I had I didn't use one and broke a bunch of clips..

Clip cost more then what this tool cost so..

Ok guy's it's here this is what it is..

This is a cheap tool that works with out any problem at all so far.

it's made out a carbon steel but it does have somewhat of a flex to it.

If you are looking for a quality tool this is not for you...
