as the title states I have a 2010 corolla \ce 1.8L the wipers come on and stay on low without activating the wiper switch also the washer does not work,all other speed still work, fuses are good.
gained access to washer pump, applied power/ground to pump and it sprays. hooked up multimeter to connector using min/max when activating washer reading is battery voltage. technically it should work?? got a hold of a known good wiper switch and plugged it in to connectors- wipers still come on by themselves. so as of now I pulled fuse for wipers and installed a harness I built across the terminals with a rocker switch so I can turn them off. I looked at the schematic and do not see any relays that are separate in the system. any insight would be appreciated. thanks
