Are you aware of a specific mileage point or threshold where the premature wear shows up? Or can a lower mileage car be affected also? The 70k failure above caught my attention as I'm at 62k and I'm wondering where I stand....

Do I r.e.a.l.l.y need to do this cvt update? I just received my first notice last week from Toyota about the cvt service campaign. Haven't been on this board in months cause my 2015 S plus runs so great. I do my own service and car hasn't been to dealer....super reliable with 62,000 hard miles...
