How many miles did you go before the failure?

I had the window shades out on yesterday, if the sun shows itself today I'll post some pictures of it. Haven't had it on the highway to tell you if wind noise is reduced. Also on my 2014 it doesn't seem noisy or rattle to me unless I have it turned up.

Asked my dealer today about this and he said it's a bad design and to turn off the recirculate once awhile to allow fresh air to get rid of the condensation within the venting. I believe and earlier poster gave the same advice.

Sorry to bump an old thread but to me it is still relevant. I bought my 2014 S premium used with 81k on it. My dealership gave me 2 years free oil changes and they gave me the 5k mile interval. However, had I bought their 3 yr extended dealer warranty I would have been forced into a 3k mile...

My 2014 Corolla S does the same at 84k miles. It's not even every bump or dip but it's a slight groan. Haven't asked the dealer since I bought used and outside of warranty
