Because I like the look of a larger rim and if I go any bigger the ride would be compromised. I have only just started window shopping for wheels. I will likely use my steel rims for the winter, so I doubt I will make my new purchase before next summer

I'm not familiar with tire measurements, but I'm assuming it's the first one because I've got the 2014 basic S package and it comes with 16 inch wheels. Would it be a big issue just going to a 17 or 18 inch?

Snuck out of work early and ran to PartSource. They had what I needed. They sell a 4 pack of metal of screws and locknuts for $3. They fit fine. Not using plastic screws again.

Yeah, there's a PartSource down the street from where I work. I'm going to stop by today after I'm finished. I also went out to check Canadian Tire yesterday but they were closed as well, but I'm not sure they would have it.

When I bought my corolla, the dealership put the rear plate on with plastic screws, which I thought was odd, but okay. Well fast forward to a month later (now) and I noticed one of the heads snapped off and now my plate is just held on with one screw. I went to a dealer to get a replacement and...

That's brutal. I would contact the city and complain. Maybe start documenting when this happens, and after a few times take it to the city. Or maybe I'm just being petty

Love it! I've been looking for how plasti dip looks on Corolla emblems since I'm considering doing it myself. It looks great! I never considered doing the spoiler, and I like it! I can only find cans of plasti dip online though. What retailers sell it?

I want a new set of wheels for my corolla. I bought brand new, but I didn't went to fork out the big bucks to the dealer for the fancy rims. The steel rims with hubcaps aren't doing it for me. What do you have on yours? What are your recommendations? What should I look at as far as rim or tire size?
