I know for cars that have auto a/c that the vent is for a cabin air temp sensor. My car has manual a/c. Is the vent in all cars so they don't have to produce 2 dashboards? Can I use this vent to put a microphone in if I wanted to add handsfree Bluetooth or navigation?

I'm looking at getting the Yokohama Avid Touring-S tires.

First things first. Make sure all the recommended maintenance items are done and give the car a good once over to see what else might need to be looked at repaired/replaced. It's what I did to my 2005 Corolla (made up a list on what I need to fix, mostly minor repairs).

Definitely put a seat protector under the child seat. I work for Lexus and you touch the driver door handle to unlock the door (with a push button start car) with the remote in your pocket/purse. Not sure about Toyota's models.

I also programmed a new remote that I bought. The car didn't come with one.

Ordered floor mats, antenna, and a couple clips. Replaced wiper blades, bought a cabin air filter.

Can you recommend a tire? I have Firestones on there now, forgot which model. Like I said earlier, they are noisy.
