If only blown gasket than you can replace from there. But if the gasket is stick to the engine block it is very hard to remove and chances are that the debris may fall inside the engine block. You need to very careful while doing this. Otherwise you can remove the engine.

Its very easy to do for the manual. No worries so no thread of video required. Just open the bolt, remove the oil and put the new oil as per the quantity in the manual. Dont forget to reinstall the drain bolt before filling :P
Usually workshop people dont re-grease the pins. You need to remove the pins. clean them and re-install. But the damage is already done. You need to face your discs.
My 2 cents are: Did you use silicon based grease for your caliper pins? Normal grease burned with the heat and caliper pins can no longer work smoothly. This will case your rotor to wear unevenly.
