For a guy who has never done any work himself on his car, how hard would this be to do?

Anyone ever get complaints on anyone you're having a phone conversation with not being able to hear you?

Going to assume you meant hz, because 500db is doomsday levels of loud. Like that is the point of causing nuclear explosion levels of damage. Now that being said, I'll take a horn that does 500db output. Maybe they'll think twice before cutting in front of me.

This is normal, my dad and I got into an argument debating what this was, and I ended up finding it's the evap system, like someone mentioned above. His '07 Tacoma did it (and the guy at the dealership kept telling him it was a battery issue?), His '14 Tundra does it, and my '15 corolla does it.
