I don't see your e-mail here and the manual I have seems quite vague on this particular latch - being more focused on door latches. If I were there I would remove the inner panel of the rear hatch and then the screws/bolts which secure the latch would be accessible. I know it's a big world but are you anywhere near Philadelphia Pennsylvania USA? <g>
