How to make them look good.

Since your talking appearance and not bolt on goodies, Id say those that make the greatest difference are Wheels /tinting /lowering /body kit of your desire. I added (as did another member here) Carbon Fiber vinyl to the entire roof. That made an enormous difference in appearance. All these...

    Regular or Premium?

If you ever want to get down to a persons true nature...talk about their gas or engine oil preferences. lmao. My 2015 Kawi Ninja, big stick right on the gas tank USE PREMIUM FUEL 91 OR HIGHER...my 2014 Corolla, no such wording, verbage or recommendation anywhere that notes this. Ill run 85 and...

    New exhaust

I replaced both resonators and the factory muffler with Magnaflow SS. The sound (to me) is perfect! And the look is beautiful. Performance gains??...lol...I doubt it but again have the look and the sound I wanted that makes the car mine and more fun to drive.

Window Tint - What kind, what %?

I ran 20% on all windows on mine. I don't recall the brand...Im sure some quality level of 3M as its popular in this area. It looks darker since the windows are relatively small. Im happy.

    Suspension mods 14 Corolla S

its stiffening the chassis...to reduce flex/body roll...your suspension is unaffected unless you have altered the ride height/shocks/struts...in which case, yes, stiffening substitutes performance for some comfort

    Oil kind & specifications

Overhead cam engines (corolla) need faster lubrication to the valve-train. Thus thinner oil. And with the tighter bearing tolerances of newer cars, thinner oil is necessary to reach those tighter gaps for proper lubrication. I do not practice running outside the manufacturers recommended...

    Coil overs OR Springs

"done correctly" isn't difficult. I've logged 70k+ miles on a lowered mustang without any issue. You must of had a bad experience with a lowered (excessively) car...I'm currently pushing 30k on a lowered daily driver (Corolla) ...No issue.

    My rims are now mounted!!

I personally love the look of that rim...have the same in black. Excellent choice

    Coil overs OR Springs

True only to a small degree...If you excess a nominal drop or do something completely assinine like cut stock springs, you will have minimal problems. Car enthusiasts have been lowering cars since the beginning to no adverse consequences if done correctly.
