Check the bottles of ATF to be sure that brand of transmission fluid is rated, "Toyota T-IV", as that's the performance specification that is needed for your car.

What type of oil did you use and what viscosity?

Repair the oil leak first and then see how the oil consumption goes. Thoroughly check the engine all over for oil leaks and that is going to require looking at the engine from underneath.

Calculate the actual MPG. Guessing isn't accurate. There are many, many factors that affect fuel economy. As long as you didn't change the engine from the 0W-20 synthetic motor oil it's supposed to have to a 20W-50 petroleum motor oil, an oil change will not affect fuel economy so drastically...
