I thought all automatics on the 2014 were CVT trannys. Mine is. The manual tranny is on a 2014 too, I knew that. The manual is kinda hard to find but could be a good choice if you don`t mind switching gears a lot especially in town. I have a 2014 also , it has a CVT . I let the dealership change...

A 2014 Corolla does not have a transmission dipstick.

The engine was designed to pump thin oil . Thick oil could cause the inlet valves to stay open.

Stick with 0-20w . They know what works best for the car.

On my 2014 the maintenance light comes on every 5k miles and needs a reset. PS , what happened to your hand ? It looks like it shrunk on the video.

This device hooked up to a 12v battery and plugged into OBD2 will keep the car computer from messing up.

I bought mine even cheaper on Ebay awhile back.

Connect a battery to the OBD2 under the dash left of the steering wheel when disconnecting the car battery.
