As long as you aren't physically letting anything from the car wash touch it. Their foam brush, the spinning noodle things etc you're fine. I like the self serve power washer ones. I just bring a towel and rinse it off, it it's really dirty I hand wash. Keep a nice coat of wax on there too.

I just bought JBL's for my 14 Rolla, I really like them. Did the 6.5 GX603 or something like that in the front and the 6x9 version in the back. Let me know if you have any questions. Still need to get an amp for them but they do sound good.
