How about switching out the radio for a used Toyota Entune radio with the satellite and navigation built in. Has anyone tried switching out the radio that came with the Corolla with a used upgrade Entune radio?

I have a 2017 Corolla 2017 SE but it doesn’t have satellite radio. Any suggestions on a decent reasonably priced satellite add-on for this car? Thanks
