    Did you get this resolved? Sometimes a weak spark can cause this condition, you might check your spark by removing a plug and visually inspecting by holding it near a bolt head while cranking. You want a hot spot.. white with blue tinge. Or maybe your timing belt took a crap too

    I think i'm having a timing belt issue as well. How do I ensure the cam and crank are aligned properly? Assuming the engine jumped time and I need to time it from scratch, does anyone have a simple procedure?? Thanks a lot!
