I have a 1995 corolla dx, 4 cylinder, 1.8L. It runs and revs up just fine and dandy in idle or park. When I put it in Park or any other gear it stumbles like it's misfiring up until I get to about 40mph then it smooths out. What are the usual culprits??

I checked the power steering fluid and the noise is only present when the car is moving forward. If the car is stationary and I turn the wheel back and forth, no noise is being made. It's only when I'm driving it. I checked the CV joints and Ball joints as well as the tie rod ends. No play or...
