Has anyone had any issues with a frozen screen that just keeps rebooting for a software update?

in the past few weeks there seems to be an update but it’s grayed out. I used to be able to play music via USB . Now if I’m using the USB port it only charges and music comes out of my phone. I have to connect to Bluetooth which I do not want to do. When I do this it disconnects and we can...
