Replaced the main fuse in the fuse box a little over two weeks ago when I discovered it was partially melted. Before replacing it all electrical controls in the car (radio, dash, exterior and interior lighting, gear shifter) shut off. Was able to get things working temporarily by pushing down on the fuse box under the hood. I had it looked at by a friend who frequently works on vehicles but he's unsure of what the problem is. And ideas? Thanks!
