05 stabilize links

Hey new here, my wife went to get her oil changed at a shop. They told her the stabilizer links need to be replaced. They quoted her 300 to do the job. 112 of it is parts. So not being totally mechanically inclined , it seems like a simpler job since the labor is low. Is there a way to tell if the need to be replaced?watched a few videos and it shows noises going over bumps. But we have no noise at the moment. Any help would be appreciated
