I have been having a problem with my 1984 Corolla RWD headlights. The low beams are working perfectly, but when I switch them on to the high beams they switch off for a second or two and then go on to bright. The bulbs themselves are working fine, so what could be causing this, as it is quite dangerous when driving at night? I would be happy if someone couldhelp me.
