2001 Small Oil Leak Top of Motor Near Alternator

I noticed a small oil leak in my Toyota Corolla 2001 LE. Appears to be top or
near top of the engine on right side nearer to the front and a few inches behind the alternator. Just moist, get a few drops oil wiping with tissue paper. God knows how long its been like that. Dry as bone on bottom of engine. Valve cover gasket? Or what else is there in that area? It has 118,500 miles on it.

Can you get pictures of where you found the oil? It could be the valve cover gasket, and it could also be spill from the person that last changed the oil.
