2003 Corolla - Cruise Control

:no:I have 2003 corolla recently Cruise control does not stay it release by itself without touching it. Also the clock in dash board is not light up! All I have done in May dealer replaced harness due to recall! Is this has anything to do with Cruise control?

The clock in the dash is probably a burnt bulb...
