2003 Starter Relay Location

My daughter's 2003 Corrola quit starting. When you turn the key to "Start" nothing happens. We tried jumping it but it does the same thing. The battery is only a couple of months old but I checked the voltage and it shows ~13 volts. Since it doesn't even click when turning the key, I thought I would check the relay... But for the life of me, I can't find it... Does anyone know where that thing is?

Okay, I don't need to know where the relay is anymore (but I am still curious) I pulled the starter and it tested bad, installed a reman and all is good!

I do have a question though, does anyone know where I can buy those plastic retainers that are at the back of the engine cover? I broke them when I removed the cover...
