If that, or taking it to a shop isn't an option, then carefully check panels, make sure they all line up, and that the paint color is exactly the same. Check the oil, make sure it isn't below min, sludged, or contains metal flake.
When you drive the car, brake while hovering your hands over the wheel to see if it pulls to one side, check for odd noises while it is running, check the drivebelt, and make sure the car rides well.
110,000 km is around what, 70,000 miles? That isn't bad. I'd try to get it down to $4500 if it is a base model with no options.
