As I read the manual and await a phone call, with a picture of the light.
I was told where the headlight, fog light a steering wheel light lit up, only when the headlights were turned on? I grabbed my book, and notice the info provided may be a few things?

And the info provided by the manual, is not as clear of the lights?
1.knowing the dash lights are turned down for night time.
2.when only the headlights are turned on?
3. awaiting a picture for accuracy info.
If a warning is presented, with light dimmed, it should light the dash during the headlight off, bright, but may not. a question I will be asking, soon.
If headlights are on, making me think it is of the headlamp, or fog lamp.
If a picture is in hand will clear up the info, not shown in a owner manual?
I will update later with info. If anyone has seen that light In the center before. That would be the correct area for it to present itself.
The last thing touched was the Steering wheel column, to raise, and lower the telescopic wheel. I think if this is the case of the light clicking on, possibly readjusting will reset it.. It is a thought.
Update:
Due to the left on plastic, getting caught, that caused a light to come on, and problem no longer came back, eye is on it
