2014 Corolla LE touchscreen issue

#1
I have a 2014 Corolla LE and the bottom line of the touchscreen does not respond. Every other area responds. Things seem offset because when I press one place, the button above activates. I have to press below the button I want to get what I want. So when what you want is on the bottom of the screen, you have nowhere left to go. Has anyone had this issue? Because I can't find ANYTHING online about this. It almost seems like the orientation needs to be reset to respond by activating where I press, rather than having to press around to get what I want.

Furthermore, temperature seems to play a role. In cooler weather, it seems to work fine with a little bit of effort. But if it's hot, you can forget about it.
