hi see attached picture. my other bulb socket fell inside the framw any ways that i can remove the frame? i was changing the boring yellow lights to blue and this hap pened.

The whole fixture will come out so you can snap it back in.
I remember watching a YouTube video on how to do it. If I come across it, I will post the link.

thanks now i have problem with it the interior lights are not working even if it put the original bulbs maybe the fuse?

You should make a video or take some pictures on how you removed it.

its easy bro, when look at the picture at the top from my first post, just insert you r fingers on the squared hole next top the white button, then pull it with your finger as hard as you can and you can snap it out.
