75mph MPG Sweet Spot

I've posted regarding this before but I am again noticing a flat out amazing sweet spot at 75mph as far as MPG is concerned - my car is a 2007 Toyota Corolla, automatic. I've noticed this before but I wasn't sure entirely about it, but I'm getting great MPG at 75mph, with highway tanks in the high 30s. I'm not sure what it is about it per se, but the engine just seems happy there, right around 2800rpms. The car downshifts less on the highway as well, and I'm not sure if there's some kind of lean burn that happens at that speed/rpm, but I'm noticing it more frequently as I make longer trips.

For anyone else that has 70mph highways in their area and drives 75, curious if they notice decent mileage from the car at that speed. I guess the only thing I can think of is at that speed the engine is at it's most efficient, enough to cover an increase in drag from 65 or 70mph. IDK...
