I changed the compressor to a new one but what happened when I turned on the fan and the A/C start blowing a cold air and then pipes start frozen when I turn off the A/C it keeps blowing cold air I turn off the fan the pipes still frozen and the compressor still working and then I heard something like fuse blow and then I start checking around the fuse box and the compressor wires there is no power coming to the A/C is that issue connected to the A/C relays please help me with that
