I recently purchased a slightly used 2020 XSE. The trial to Remote Connect had expired under the previous owner, and the dealer said sometimes they will start a new trial if the vehicle is under 1 year old. Anyone have luck doing that? And if so, what number or email did you use to contact the right department?
