What is the best MPG you've gotten, and any special tricks?

My 2007 has close to 200,000 miles now, best mpg 40.2mpg about 2 years ago, and a long term average of 30.7mpg

Running:
Red Line 0w20
Fram Ultra filter
Peak Coolant
Denso Iridium plugs (OEM) ~30k miles
Continental PureContact 195/65-15. ~10k miles, inflated to 39psi

Doing okay mpg-wise, hoping to average a little higher. Thoughts? Tips?

Wow, you have me beat. 2007 with 85,000 miles, city average around 30-32mpg. Best was maybe 34-36mpg. With the automatic it's apparently rated 26-35mpg. I've seen reports of city averages into the mid 30s somehow. I'd say you are doing quite well!

Hi, my 04 Allex(1.5 Auto) with 55000k's gives me about 600-620k's for about 38-40 Litres. This is through some heavy traffic too.

The other weekend I travelled exactly 300k's, and decided to fill her up for work on Monday, and she only needed about 16L. I usually brim fill it, so another 3-4 Litres.

My wife has the same car as well(which is why I bought one), and she gets around 700ks but she does more motorway driving.
