Best stereo media unit? - 2008 Sedan

I'm looking to upgrade my in-car media unit,
knowing almost nothing about how the mechanics of these work, what do you recommend as a good upgrade for my car? I'm not looking at updating the speakers - only the media kit - would love it to be an LCD touch screen too.

These guys can tell you which systems will fit your car, which harness to buy, which trim goes with your car etc etc. i got a brand new stereo for $60 and that included the harness and free shipping. they also gave me a years warranty on top of the manufacturer.i really thought i was dealing with some scam artists from china for a while. but they are from the good ole USA.
I just replaced my factory stereo and they were amazing. i am not getting paid to say this. i really mean they knew their stuff.

Crutchfield is another source that's been around for years. Catalog, websight, live customer service. Enormous selection too.

I have a Clarion CX305 in my 08. It's double din with cd/am/fm/aux/Bluetooth. I do need a sub though.
