When I first searched this problem I found a thread (2001 Corolla - Parking Lights Stuck On) and I thought this was my problem but before I started changing things out I figured I would replace the bulbs as the passenger rear was burned out and that’s when I realized it was the brake lights that were stuck on. So I started looking around the brake pedal and found a small disk on the floor it broke off of the brake pedal arm so the brake light switch had nothing pushing against it to turn the lights off. I replaced it with a small nut & bolt through the hole in the arm I matched the head of the bolt with the thickness of the disk I found on the floor and problem solved lights or working great. Ralph
