Camshaft intake not turning

2004 1.8 Car died on my daughter. When we try to start, it turns over like there is no compression. I pulled off valve cover thinking it might be timing chain and when turning it over notice the intake side camshaft is not turning. timing chain is. Not sure where to go from here. Can anyone help me out on this?

sprocket on cam shaft turns also. Any one have directions for pulling timing chain off and taking cam out to pull apart and see if somethings broke in there
