Changed Headlight and Now Car Won't Start

Changed my drivers side low beam headlight. Unhooked the battery and removed it and then changed the light. Hooked everything back up and when I go and open my door I hear a soft clicking and beeping sound and now my car won't start. Is it a fuse or battery?

No need to remove the battery.

Please define, wont start. Is the engine turning over and not starting or when you turn the ignition to on is the engine not turning over?

Purely guessing, it may be a poor connection issue with the battery terminals. Use a wire brush and/or sandpaper to clean up the battery terminal ends and also the terminals themselves. Then reconnect them making sure they are snug. Let us know how it goes.
