Corolla 2014 LE- Dome bulb went inside the panel, while trying to replace with LED

Hi Friends,

I have Corolla 2014 LE. I tried to open my interior dome panel and see what type of bulb it has in it (to replace them with LED), unfortunately the Dome bulb went inside the panel, while trying to remove it out to see what type it is.

The bulb is now inside the dome, I cannot see that but when hit to top by hand I can hear the bulb is moving around the dome panel

(1) Can someone explain me how to take out the bulb from the panel or any you tube links for that?
(2) How to replace them with white LED (I remember my dome bulb shows a name of Toshiba) ?

i don't know where you would find an OEM bulb....just buy the LED's ..they are better than the OEM ones...forget about that one you lost, atlas thats what i suggest
